Pilot to Close Check valve
Pilot-to-close check cartridge valves (CC)are Spring biased closed. A summary of the uses of Pilot-to-close check cartridge valves (CC) valves:
- Most often used in regeneration circuits
- Allows flow from port 1 to port 2
- Blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 when pressure is applied on port 3
- Blocks reverse flow from port 2 to port 1
Specifications of Pilot-to-close check valves (CC):
- Pilot ratio of 1:8:1, allowing pressure at pilot port to oppose pressure at port 1 at a ratio of 1:8:1
- Pressure ay port 1 directly opposes pilot pressure
- Valve closes when equal pressure at all ports is detected
